3. Three peer-reviewed human trial clinical studies

Dr. Paul Arciero’s Breakthrough Peer-Reviewed Studies – “Shock the Scientific Community”

Finally, a revolutionary weight management, and health solution – has been validated unequivocally by two peer-reviewed human trial studies; the Obesity Journal (OJ), and theNutrition Journal (NJ). Another peer review study, conducted independently and compared and contrasted to the two Dr. Arciero studies was conducted by the Journal of AmericanMedicine (JAMA)

The independent JAMA study proves how ineffective almost all weight management and health protocols are in the long run when compared to the R2M protocol.

Some interesting Facts:

  • According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) – 92% of Americans are metabolically unhealthy- (Metabolic Syndrome)

 

  • Metabolic Syndrome exists when people experience 3 or more of these co-factors, overweight, high blood sugar, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high triglycerides.

 

  • The results below are from the Arciero (NJ and OJ) studies, that analyzed the R2M protocol. The R2M results are then compared to the JAMA Study results which analyzed almost all the popular diets on the market today.

Weight loss

Arciero (NJ and OJ) R2M studies. 16 pounds in 30 days – compared to JAMA 16 pounds in 1 year.

Conclusion: R2M demonstrated weight loss results twelve times faster than the JAMA study.

 

Lean Muscle Mass

Arciero (NJ and OJ) R2M studies. Participants gained between 6% and 8% lean muscle – compared to JAMA where participants lost lean muscle mass.

Arciero R2M studies (NJ and OJ) showed significant reductions in Weight, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Cholesterol, and Triglycerides… JAMA showed no significant reduction in any of those metabolic factors.

 

 Weight loss

Arciero R2M participants lost weight 12 times faster than participants in the JAMA study.

 

 Additional notable Arciero R2M (NJ and OJ) Study results

Blood sugar was reduced by 6.2%.

Insulin was reduced by 4%.

 

 Note: Blood sugar medications are designed to reduce blood sugar and will cause insulin to go up not down. These findings have never been seen before.

Cholesterol (fat lipids) were reduced by 15%.

LDL bad cholesterol was reduced by 13%.

Triglycerides were reduced by 24%.

 

Note: About 100 million individuals in the United States are estimated to have Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease is the most common form of liver disease in children and has more than doubled over the past 20 years. Having high levels of fat in your liver is also associated with an increased risk of problems such as diabetes, heart attacks, and strokes.

 

A 74% reduction in the hormone Leptin.

 

 Note: Elevated Leptin levels are associated with obesity, overeating, and other related diseases including high blood pressure, metabolic syndrome, and heart disease.

 

A 41% decrease in hunger. JAMA study showed no reduced hunger.

A 33% Reduction in visceral fat in the 8-week study (these visceral fat reduction results have never been seen before on any weight loss protocol). This proves that R2M is safe by not reducing but increasing lean muscle mass

A 25% Lowering of Inflammation. JAMA study showed no reduced inflammation.

Note: Inflammation was measured by the T-bars scientific analysis.

Remarkable reductions in toxins. JAMA showed no reduction in toxicity levels.

 

OJ 8 week R2M Study vs. New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) (conducted using the popular Heart Health Diet (HHD)

 

The OJ participants lost 68% more weight in 8 weeks than those on a second independent study conducted in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM)

OJ participants lost twice the visceral fat in 8 weeks than those in the NEJM study

These photos are from a syndicated 30-day Radio show contest where all participants were required to submit their blood work before they started and then again immediately afterday 30.
