Mostly, that our daily dietary habits and lifestyle choices almost always dictate our state of health – both good and bad. Contrary to popular belief, in many instances genetics play only a minor role in our overall well being. It is my firm belief that almost always, we individually have the ability to take and maintain control of our state of health. Being armed with this information when I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Esophageal cancer on July 20th, 2018 without a doubt saved my life.
Post diagnosis, the first step in my healing journey was to eliminate “cancer of the mind”, setting the stage for my my physical battle against the TDOS Syndrome (the origin of my cancer and virtually all diseases and illnesses), Next, I needed to set the physical foundation for this challenging battle. Like any warrior, I knew the importance of being in the best shape possible to give myself the best possible chance of winning the battle. I chose the foundation for my nine life saving decisions to be a detox protocol called R2M detox protocol that addresses all four pillars of the TOS Syndrome. 1. Toxicity. 2. Deficiency of Nutrition. 3. Overweight. 4. Stress.
R2M is the non-diet approach to optimal health first and foremost, and when necessary, fat and weight loss. But unlike diets, where weight loss does not discriminate regarding what you’re losing and from where (on diets it is well known that you lose water weight, muscle mass, and very little fat). In a recently release Peer Reviewed Nutrition Journal study, despite participants losing significant amounts of weight, they increased their lean muscle mass in every instance while drastically reducing visceral fat levels. This has never been demonstrated in any diet or nutrition program. But equally as important, all of the participant in the study experienced a dramatic improvement in metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome being defined as having an abnormality in at least one the following areas: 1. Blood pressure. 2. Blood Sugars. 3. Cholesterol. 4 .Triglycerides. 5. Overweight/Obese.
I urge you to learn as much as possible about the TDOS Sydrome and TDOS Solutions. It is my firm belief that doing so could significantly change or maybe even save your life as it did mine.
